XGF868I: Basic Model
Explosion-proof time-difference ultrasonic flaring gas mass flowmeter, used for environmental protection metering of flaring gas from refineries and chemical plants. Explosion-proof certification Ex d IIC T6, protection class IP66/NEMA 4X.
2: Dual-channel (Dual-Channel) Measurement
Dual-path ultrasonic probes, resistant to pipeline deviation and turbulent interference, with a range ratio of up to 4000:1, higher measurement accuracy for both high and low flow rates, and supports bidirectional flow detection.
1: 1-channel 4-20mA analog quantity compensation input
Connect to on-site temperature and pressure transducer signals, automatically completing the conversion from working condition volume to standard condition volume, gas mass flow, and molecular weight compensation calculations.
FI: Foundation Fieldbus (FF) Fieldbus Communication
Supports remote parameter configuration of DCS systems, bidirectional data interaction for flow, equipment fault diagnosis, and adaptation to mainstream bus control systems in the chemical industry.
H: Power Supply Specifications
AC 100~240V 50/60Hz wide-range AC mains power supply, maximum power consumption of the entire machine is 20W.
The 1st 4: 4-channel isolated 4-20mA analog output
Configurable to output instantaneous flow rate, volume flow rate, mass flow rate, and average molecular weight of the gas for four process parameters.
The 2nd 4: 4-channel isolated pulse + relay alarm output
Used for uploading cumulative pulse of flow, high and low flow alarms, instrument faults, probe abnormalities, etc., for remote transmission of switch quantity signals.

Epoxy resin-coated cast aluminum explosion-proof housing, suitable for outdoor and corrosive industrial plant installations.
PREPRO: Factory Pre-programmed Configuration
