Product Description

GE RS-FS9001 (Part No. 362A1052P404) Flame Tracker, originally Reuter-Stokes, is an ultraviolet (UV) flame detector probe. It adopts silicon carbide photodiode sensor and sapphire optical window to detect ultraviolet radiation of combustion flame in real time, transmitting 4-20mA analog signal to Burner Management System (BMS). With spectral discrimination function, it can distinguish real flame from background infrared radiation of hot furnace refractory to avoid false alarm. The fully sealed argon-filled stainless steel housing adapts to high temperature, vibration and dusty site conditions of boilers and gas turbines. It monitors flame presence, triggers fuel cut-off protection rapidly upon flame loss and ensures safety of combustion systems.
