HIMA LWN2660-6EG is a central processing unit module for the HIMA HIMax safety PLC platform, part of the HIMax X-SIL family. It serves as the core of a Quadruple Modular Redundant (QMR) safety controller and meets SIL3 safety requirements. Equipped with independent safety processors, it executes safety logic, program operation, backplane communication, fault diagnosis and voting. It supports FBD, CFC, ST and C programming, online modification and program download with comprehensive built-in self-diagnostics. Hot-swap is supported. It can work together with HIMax I/O and communication modules to build high-reliability safety instrumented systems for ESD, SIS and BMS applications.
