Kollmorgen 63025-15B LS5-II F is a Safety Laser Scanner of Kollmorgen LS5-II series, an industrial area safety protection sensor. It adopts 2D laser scanning detection, supports custom multiple safety warning & pre-warning zones with non-contact protection. It detects intrusion of personnel or objects within the protected area in real time and outputs safety stop signals for machine protection. It supports zone configuration and dynamic zone switching, built-in self-test and fault diagnosis. It meets PL d / SIL2 safety level with IP65 protection. Widely applied in AGV, robotics, machine tools and automated production lines for safety protection, commonly used for equipment retrofit and safety spare replacement.

Product Application
It provides safety area protection for industrial automation machinery. Typical applications include AGV anti-collision, industrial robot work cells, packaging machines, machine tools, conveyor lines and automated warehouses. Once personnel or objects enter predefined safety zones, the scanner triggers OSSD safety signal to stop or decelerate machinery and prevent personal injury.
