Channel Grouping
The 32 DI channels are divided into 4 isolated zones, each with 8 channels, with electrical isolation between zones; each channel is independently optically isolated
Standard Circuit Voltage: 24VDC for ship power supply
Conduction Judgment: Input ≥ 16VDC = ON; ≤6VDC=OFF
Loop current: When closed, the single channel is approximately 4–6 mA. Suitable for passive dry contacts (float balls, limit switches, buttons, temperature-controlled pressure switches)
Fault diagnosis
LFD open circuit fault detection: Open circuits in the lines, broken contacts, and power loss can be detected separately; single-channel fault isolation, and the remaining 31 channels can perform normal data collection Compatibility
