Core Control Performance
Closed-loop servo regulation
Supports three-loop PID closed-loop control (position loop, speed loop, current loop), precisely controlling the position, speed, and acceleration of hydraulic servo valves and servo motors; comes with an encoder feedback acquisition port, real-time collecting the displacement / rotation angle of the actuator, with positioning repeatability accuracy reaching ±0.01% of the stroke.
Dual-channel independent control
Built-in two sets of completely isolated servo channels, capable of synchronously driving dual redundant rudder actuator mechanisms, dual proportional valves, with 1oo2 safety redundant architecture compatible with DP dynamic positioning safety circuits.
Algorithm Programmable
Supports custom regulation curves, deadband compensation, friction force compensation, slope acceleration and deceleration limits; parameters and control logic can be downloaded through Constructions & Marine Systems engineering software.

1. External Terminals (multiple DB9 interfaces on the panel)
Upper-level system bus: Compatible with Constructions & Marine Systems RBUS/SPBus redundant field bus, connects to RCU501, RAIT400 main control units
Encoder feedback interface: Incremental encoder, resolver signal input (rudder angle, blade angle feedback)
Servo power output: Drives proportional electromagnets, servo valve coils (±10V/4–20mA drive signal)
Debug serial port: RS232 local debugging, firmware upgrade, fault log reading
Digital DI/DO: Limit switches, emergency stop, operation / fault status dry contact signals

Private RBUS Manchester 2Mbps bus; compatible with Modbus RTU; reserved Ethernet debugging port for remote diagnostic monitoring.
