On-board isolation switch power supply, multi-channel voltage regulation output: ±5V, ±12V for its own CPU, backplane all card power supply
Built-in overvoltage, reverse connection, short circuit protection; when power supply abnormal, the on-board red fault light is lit and the system is locked
Maximum power consumption of the entire machine: ≈15W
3. Local I/O Signal Acquisition (I/O)
Equipped with direct connection terminals: 16 DI digital input, 16 DO digital output
DI: On-site pressure switch, liquid level high and low, temperature over-limit, fan operation feedback
DO: Sound and light alarm horn, electromagnetic valve start and stop, fault indicator light, backup relay output
Can be extended with external analog quantum boards to collect temperature, 4–20mA pressure / liquid level transducer signals
