I. Product Brief Description
A four-wire ultrasonic dedicated signal converter (display unit), used in conjunction with the Cologne OPTISONIC3000/4000 series pipeline ultrasonic flow sensors for complete use. CG35011100 is the complete order configuration code; it can collect ultrasonic flow velocity signals to calculate volumetric flow and cumulative flow, and has process diagnosis, multi-signal output, and bus communication functions. It is divided into an integrated compact type and a separate remote type of installation structure, suitable for precise measurement scenarios of industrial liquid flow.

Compatible with multi-channel ultrasonic sensor signal analysis, capable of automatically compensating for flow field distortion and pipe scaling-induced measurement deviations;
Bidirectional flow measurement, separate measurement and statistics for forward and reverse flow;
Full-channel hardware self-check, sensor circuit fault diagnosis, fault codes displayed locally and uploaded to the control system;
Support for multi-parameter operations of flow, temperature, and heat, and can integrate heat calculation function for thermal network metering;
Parameter configuration can be set locally by keys, or remotely read and written through HART operator controller, upper-level group configuration software;
Power-off parameters are permanently saved, and no re-calibration is required upon power-on;
Split-type models can connect up to 100m with sensor cables, suitable for high-temperature, narrow cabinet environments where on-site observation of working conditions is inconvenient.
