Product Description

Metso IOP365 is an isolated analog input module for Metso DNA DCS control system, rack-mount hot-swappable card. It features 8 fully isolated analog input channels. Each channel can be software-configured for different current and voltage signals. High voltage isolation between channels and between field side & system side provides strong noise rejection. Equipped with 16-bit high-precision ADC, it supports loop burnout detection and fast sampling rate. It acquires analog signals from field transmitters and sensors and transfers process variables to DNA system controllers. Designed for heavy industrial sites such as mining, pulp & paper and metallurgy with heavy dust and strong EMI, it serves as the core I/O acquisition unit for Metso DNA system.

Application
