1. Wiring and Plug-in Structure
Upper cage-type spring screw terminals: Connect to on-site 4–20mA transmitters, temperature probes, and switch quantity instrument cables
Middle double-row sockets: Plug into 8000 series main control acquisition board cards (such as multi-channel analog multiplexing receiving module)
Each channel is equipped with a replaceable miniature fuse (standard 250mA), which melts independently in case of short circuit / overcurrent, preventing the entire channel from being paralyzed
2. Bus Communication Supporting Capacity
Supports dual redundant RS485 Modbus data highways (Data Highway), with a maximum speed of 19.2 kbit/s
One pair of twisted wires can transmit up to 32 analog acquisition signals, with a maximum transmission distance of 500 meters, significantly reducing the number of cables passing through the cabin
Input noise suppression: Peak 0.5mA from 100–1000Hz, highly resistant to inverter and motor electromagnetic interference
