MTL 8913-PS-AC Dual-Channel Industrial Power Module
I. Product Background
This module was originally developed by MTL and later incorporated into GE’s intelligent platform product line. Currently, it is under the brand ownership of Emerson. It is a dedicated dual-channel power supply unit for the PAC8000 remote I/O control system. It has obtained Class 1 Div2/Zone2 hazardous area certification and is specifically designed for explosion-prone cabinet environments in industries such as petrochemical and oil platforms. Compared models in the same series:
8913-PS-AC: AC input, dual-channel DC output
8910-PS-DC: DC input model, 8914-PS-AC: single-channel high-current 24V output model. It cannot be directly replaced and used.

Multiple units of the same model module parallel for redundant backup, single module power failure / damage will not interrupt the operation of the entire IO station, reducing production line downtime risks.
