Three-level Progressive Precision Filtration
It adopts three-stage sequential filter bottles for filtration, successively intercepting sand, rust, colloids, fine suspended substances, and oil and dirt impurities, protecting the flowmeter, solenoid valve, precision instruments, pneumatic-hydraulic components, and sampling pipelines of DCS analysis instruments, avoiding pipeline blockage, equipment wear, and measurement distortion.
Multi-condition Medium Adaptability
It can be used for process cooling water, instrument compressed air, water sample sampling medium, hydraulic oil, circulating pure water, etc. and is suitable for pre-treatment circuits of online analysis systems in power plants, chemical industries, and metallurgy.
Convenient Maintenance Design
Each filter bottle is independent and detachable, allowing for the replacement of corresponding precision filter elements separately; the filter bottle is equipped with a pressure relief valve as standard, enabling safe pressure relief before replacing the filter element to avoid high-pressure splashing; an external differential pressure gauge can be connected to monitor the degree of filter element blockage intuitively and predict the replacement cycle.
Corrosion-resistant and Pressure-resistant Structure
The filter bottle shell is made of reinforced polypropylene / stainless steel (optional), with an EPDM corrosion-resistant sealing ring inside, resistant to acids and alkalis, and able to withstand industrial corrosion, suitable for complex industrial fluid conditions.
