Core Functions
24V to 48V DC Voltage Stabilization and Boost
Stabilize and boost the commonly used DC24V control power supply in power plants/industrial cabinets to 48V DC, providing standard 48V working power for remote communication equipment, industrial DCS, excitation matching communication units, and remote I/O devices.
Multi-module Parallel Redundant Power Supply
Support N+1 redundant parallel, automatic current sharing between modules. In the event of a single module failure, the load can be seamlessly switched to the remaining normal modules to ensure the continuous power supply of critical control systems.
Complete Hardware Protection Mechanism
Built-in overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overtemperature, reverse connection protection; Locks the alarm when a fault occurs, and the panel indicator lights (POWER ON, ALARM, MESSAGE) provide intuitive indication of the fault type.
Data Power Failure Storage
Built-in lithium battery, the system can maintain internal parameters and fault records for a short time after power failure, facilitating post-fault analysis and traceability.
Remote Monitoring and Parameter Configuration
Through local RS232 debugging, you can set the output voltage, current-limiting threshold, alarm threshold, and current-sharing parameters, and upload real-time operation data to the upper-level monitoring system.
