R.STAHL 9470/32-16-11 Simulation General Module

Product Description

Model: 9470/32-16-11, R.STAHL IS1+ intrinsically safe remote I/O, 8-channel HART Analog Universal Module (AUMH). Each channel can be flexibly configured via software as analog input AI or analog output AO. HART protocol supported, with circuit diagnostics for wire break and short-circuit. Designed with Ex ia intrinsic safety, hot-swap capable in hazardous areas. It can directly connect instruments in Zone0/1/2 gas hazardous areas and Zone20/21/22 dust hazardous areas. It collects field instrument signals and transmits control outputs for IS1+ remote I/O bus system, critical I/O spare part for DCS in petrochemical hazardous locations.

Application

Connect to field HART pressure, level, temperature transmitters and intrinsically safe control valves, acquire 4-20mA analog signals and output control signals. Data is transmitted to DCS through IS1+ remote I/O system for remote monitoring and regulation of field instruments. Suitable for new explosion-proof projects, system expansion, legacy I/O spare replacement and offshore control system retrofit.
