Product Description
FP3000-S6R 1600-50-AN-FC is S6R regenerative DC drive unit of Reliance Electric FlexPak3000 series (now part of Rockwell Automation). S6R denotes power unit with regenerative energy feedback. The suffix 1600 stands for rated DC output current 1600A; 50 means 50Hz mains supply; AN = standard control option; FC = integrated field rectifier configuration. This drive adopts fully controlled thyristor bridge topology with four-quadrant operation. It feeds motor braking energy back to power grid for high energy saving. Built-in field supply, closed-loop speed & current regulation, comprehensive protections including overcurrent, overvoltage, field loss and overtemperature. It is classic heavy-duty drive for large DC motor speed control, widely used for spare part replacement on legacy industrial production lines.
