VT-HNC100-1-22a/W-08-P-0 is a 1-axis digital hydraulic NC motion controller (2X series) from Bosch Rexroth HNC100 family. It is designed for electro-hydraulic closed-loop axis control and also applicable for electric drive axes. It supports multi-mode closed-loop control: position, pressure, force and velocity. Functions include path-dependent braking, alternating position/pressure control and master-slave multi-axis synchronization. This variant is equipped with PROFIBUS DP fieldbus interface and 8 digital I/O points, DIN rail mount. It features high immunity to EMC interference, vibration and shock for harsh industrial environments. WIN-PED® PC software is used for parameter tuning, NC programming, online diagnostics and built-in oscilloscope capture, widely adopted in high-precision hydraulic servo closed-loop applications.
