Core Functions
Designed specifically for high-precision closed-loop control of hydraulic servo / proportional valves, it can achieve three mainstream control modes:
Position closed-loop control: Combined with incremental encoders, precise positioning of cylinder displacement
Speed closed-loop control: Stable operation of the cylinder
Pressure / Force closed-loop control: Pressure maintenance in press machines, control of injection pressure scenarios
Supports Rockwell NC programming language programming, can perform point, multi-stage process curves, slope positioning, soft limit, fault emergency stop interlock; output ±10V analog quantity to drive hydraulic servo valves / proportional valves.
