SICK DHSB‑T11 is the transmitter‑receiver unit of DUSTHUNTER T100 series, manufactured by SICK‑Maihak Germany. It is the core optical probe for in‑situ dust concentration measurement inside flue gas ducts, working together with MCU control unit and reflector. Based on light‑transmission extinction principle, it continuously measures particulate / dust concentration for CEMS continuous emission monitoring systems.
Integrated optical transmitting and receiving assemblies with built‑in lens contamination monitoring. Purge‑air port accepts clean compressed air to prevent lens fouling. Fail‑safe shutter closes automatically under loss‑of‑air or power‑failure conditions to protect optical lenses. Designed for high‑temperature flue‑gas environment.
