Real-time collection of belt running linear speed, combined with instantaneous load from the weighing sensor, calculates instantaneous flow rate and cumulative transportation volume, is the core supporting component of the belt measurement system, and the measurement speed accuracy directly determines the measurement accuracy of the belt scale.
Belt Slippage, Belt Breakage, and Machine Stop Protection
PLC determines the belt operation status through pulse frequency. When the speed is abnormally low / no pulse is detected, it triggers a slip alarm and emergency stop interlock to avoid belt blockage, tearing accidents.
Bidirectional Conveying Measurement Compatibility
Supports bidirectional pulse collection, can be adapted to cumulative measurement scenarios of bidirectional conveying belts.
