1) Channels and Input Signals (Single Channel)

Can connect two types of temperature measurement elements (same hardware, order / programming selected type):
✅ Thermocouple: K, J, E, T, S, R, B, N full types, input millivolt range: -75 ~ +75mV
✅ Thermoresistor: Pt100, Pt1000, Cu50; Resistance range: 0~450Ω
Pt100 temperature measurement range: -200℃ ~ 850℃; Cu50: -50~150℃
Thermocouple comes with automatic cold junction compensation, accuracy ±1℃

Optional: 1~5V DC voltage signal

When the temperature measurement line is open-circuited, the current is fixedly output:

Upper limit over-limit fault: 22mA
The DCS can directly recognize the break-line alarm

Ex: Intrinsically Safe Explosion-proof Certification (Intrinsic Safety Type), without Ex suffix is an ordinary isolation device, cannot be used in explosion-proof areas

Production Cycle: Main production from 2008 to 2020; After 2021, the original factory gradually stopped the SB3000 old series
Current Status: The original factory’s new model upgrade replacement: SB5000 series temperature safety barrier, pin, installation, and signals are fully compatible, can be directly replaced;
spare parts market: The existing supply sources are mostly new inventory and dismantled second-hand industrial control spare parts.
