AI2361 is the I/O baseplate kit (Baseplate Kit 2361) for the Tricon Trident system, equipped with the plug-in module 3361 (analog/digital mixed input TriPak card); it is a component of the TMR triple-redundant SIS safety instrumented system, used for cabinet and rack installation, providing terminal wiring, backplane bus interconnection, mechanical error-proof installation base, carrying the 3361 input module, and enabling on-site signal access and system bus communication.
The market commonly refers to the entire set of AI2361 as = AI2361 baseplate + 3361 module
