TRICONEX 3626X Digital Output Module

Product Description

TRICONEX 3626X is a 32-channel supervised Digital Output (DO) module of Schneider Tricon CX series. It adopts TMR Triple Modular Redundant 2oo3 voting architecture with IEC61508 SIL3 certification. It serves as the execution output unit for SIS safety instrumented systems and ESD emergency shutdown systems. The module sends discrete control signals to drive field solenoid valves, emergency shutdown valves and alarm horns. It supports load circuit supervision to detect open and short circuit faults. Online hot-swap is available; module replacement can be performed without system shutdown. It works with dedicated termination boards and is a critical safety output spare for safety interlock applications in high-risk chemical, oil & gas processes.
