Product Description
TRICONEX 3664 is a 32-channel digital output module of the 3600 series for Schneider Tricon Safety Instrumented System (SIS). It adopts Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) architecture and is certified to IEC 61508 SIL3. The module converts logic commands from safety controllers into field digital output signals to drive field actuators. It is equipped with comprehensive channel diagnostics, open/short circuit detection, and supports online hot-swap. Module replacement can be performed without system shutdown, ensuring stable operation of safety loops for high-risk industrial safety interlock applications.
