Product Description

TRICONEX 9000 is a new-generation TMR triple modular redundant safety controller platform under Schneider Triconex, upgraded from the classic Tricon safety system. It adopts 2-out-of-3 hardware voting architecture with three independent processors running logic in parallel. Comprehensive built-in diagnostics, hot-swap capability, online download and bumpless degradation are supported, meeting SIL3 safety integrity requirements. It can be configured with DI/DO/AI/AO, communication modules and termination assemblies. Programming is implemented via TriStation 1131, supporting IEC61131-3 languages including LD, FBD and ST. It supports Modbus TCP, OPC UA and other protocols for seamless interconnection with mainstream DCS systems, widely used for safety interlock, emergency shutdown and turbine control of critical processes.
