Product Description
TRICONEX MP3101 is a Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) main processor module for Trident system, acting as the core computing unit of Triconex Safety Instrumented System (SIS). It adopts 2‑out‑of‑3 hardware voting architecture with three independent processors executing identical logic programs simultaneously. Single‑point hardware fault will not cause system shutdown. It supports comprehensive on‑board self‑diagnosis, fault alarm and hot‑swap function; module replacement can be performed online without system outage. Configurable via TriStation engineering software, it manages all I/O modules in chassis and interfaces with DCS, HMI and supervisory systems. It meets SIL3 safety requirements for mission‑critical process control and performs reliably under harsh industrial conditions.
