Yokogawa AIP504-50 V-NET Coupler Module

Product Description

Yokogawa AIP504-50 is a dedicated V-NET coupler module for FFCS field control stations of Yokogawa CENTUM CS3000 DCS system. Acting as the communication bridge between V-NET bus segments, it performs signal isolation, level conversion and segment data forwarding. It isolates faulty network segments to prevent communication failures from spreading to the whole DCS network. With pluggable modular design and online hot-swap capability, the module can be replaced without system shutdown to sustain continuous industrial operation. It is equipped with LED diagnostic indicators for real-time link status monitoring. This model is end-of-life by the original manufacturer, widely used for spare parts replacement, maintenance and retrofitting of existing CENTUM CS3000 DCS systems. It can also work with ProSafe-RS Safety Instrumented System.
