Product Description
AIP831-111 is an 8-loop simultaneous operation operator keyboard for Yokogawa CENTUM VP DCS system, designed for desktop HIS human interface station. The suffix code 111 means equipped with mode selection switch and Type B operation confirmation key. The keyboard has 8 groups of touch-sensor loop keys to trigger instrument faceplate highlight function. It integrates independent USB speaker for alarm sound output. It adopts dual USB Type-A ports: one for keyboard communication (USB2.0 full-speed), another for audio output (USB1.1 full-speed). Powered by USB bus, no external power supply required. It is HMI spare part for control console of CENTUM VP system in chemical and power plants, used for loop adjustment, alarm acknowledgement and process monitoring.

Product Application
It is used for Yokogawa CENTUM VP distributed control system in control rooms of oil, chemical, power, pharmaceutical and other process industries. It is applied for process loop adjustment, parameter setting, alarm acknowledgment and valve control. Matched with desktop HIS workstation to realize parallel monitoring & operation of 8 control loops. It serves as DCS console spare part for system retrofitting and faulty keyboard replacement. LHS1140 8-loop simultaneous operation software package is required for operation.
