Product Description

ABB 1MRK000508-BD (also known as 500BIO01) is a Binary Input Module of Relion®670 series. It is a pluggable internal I/O board for Relion 670 IEDs including REX670, RET670 and REG670. It provides optically isolated binary input channels to acquire status signals such as circuit breaker position, disconnector state, local pushbuttons and auxiliary contacts. Data is transmitted to the main CPU via internal GD backplane bus. It is equipped with channel LED indicators and onboard self-diagnosis for signal supervision and wire-break detection. It is essential spare I/O card for substation protection & control IEDs. This model is discontinued and available only as spare part.
