ABB 2TLA020070R1800 (Pluto S46 v2) is a programmable safety controller (Safety PLC) of ABB Jokab Safety Pluto series, a high-end modular safety logic unit. It is equipped with 24 safety inputs and 16 safety outputs, supporting DYNlink safety bus. It can directly connect emergency stop buttons, safety gates, safety light curtains, safety mats and other safety sensors. It meets EN ISO13849-1 Category4 / PL e and IEC61508 SIL3 safety level, adopting fail-safe hardware architecture. Programmed by free Pluto Manager software, multiple Pluto units can be networked together. Widely used for safety circuit control in automated production lines and robot cells, it is a common spare part for safety systems of imported machinery.
