1. Product Classification: It belongs to the core communication control module of the ABB RTU560 Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) series of the RTU rack, serving as the core computing and communication card for the entire RTU system. It is suitable for power substation automation and grid remote monitoring scenarios. It is available in two hardware versions: R0001 standard version with conventional security features, and R0002 with an embedded encryption chip for enhanced network security protection.

Compatible Systems**: It can be connected to ABB Symphony Plus and Advant Controller 400 DCS platforms, responsible for the overall IO scheduling, multi-protocol data forwarding, and full station time synchronization. It is different from the previously mentioned ABB excitation board and AC31 IO module, which belong to different product lines.

3. Full Station Time Base Synchronization**: Receive timing from the accompanying 560RTC clock module, unify the time reference of all measurement points within the rack, ensuring accurate event recording sequence;
4. Web Remote Maintenance**: Enable Web access through the network port, allowing online viewing of measurement points and configuration modification without dedicated software;
5. Fault Self-Diagnosis**: Comes with status indicator lights, monitoring bus, network port, and serial port link faults in real time and reporting alarms.
