Product Description

ABB ACSM1-04AM-046A-4 is a high-performance motion control AC drive module of ACSM1 family. 04AM stands for air-cooled motion control variant, 046A is rated output current 46A, suffix -4 denotes 380~480V 3-phase voltage class. It controls induction motors and permanent magnet servo motors with speed, torque and position closed-loop control. It supports standalone or common DC bus multi-axis drive systems. STO Safe Torque Off is standard. It accepts multiple encoder feedback types (resolver, SinCos, Endat absolute encoder) and optional fieldbus cards such as Profinet and EtherCAT. Parameter cloning via memory unit is supported. This model is discontinued and only available as spare parts. ACS880 series is the successor.
