Product Usage
This equipment is mainly used for real-time monitoring of gas components during industrial production processes. Typical application scenarios include:
In chemical synthesis processes, precisely control the gas ratio of the incoming gas to enhance production efficiency, such as monitoring the hydrogen-ammonia ratio in ammonia synthesis scenarios.
Continuous monitoring of industrial flue gas emissions (CEMS), real-time monitoring of pollutant emission concentrations in flue gas to meet environmental protection compliance requirements.
Optimization of combustion conditions for various industrial furnaces and combustion devices, adjusting the air-fuel ratio by monitoring parameters such as O₂ and CO to reduce energy consumption.
Configuration Description
Modular Structure: Adopting a 19-inch standard chassis design, it can be optionally equipped with or without a display control unit, allowing flexible combination of power modules, I/O interface modules, and analysis modules.
Gas Path Design: Equipped with a pressure-balanced sampling system, different gas connection methods and installation forms can be customized to adapt to complex on-site conditions.
System Expansion: Supports single-box single-module operation, and can be expanded into a distributed analysis system with multiple boxes and multiple analysis modules through system bus wiring to meet the needs of centralized monitoring at multiple measurement points.
Preheating and Calibration: Standard preheating time is 30 minutes. After 2 hours, it can reach the highest measurement accuracy. After installation, on-site calibration can be completed using zero-point gas and range gas to ensure measurement accuracy.
