Model: ABB AX410/1000C is a single-channel 2-electrode low conductivity analyzer (transmitter) from ABB AX400 series. It is designed to work with 2-pole conductivity sensors for continuous online conductivity and resistivity measurement of pure water and ultra-pure water. This instrument comes with built-in PID control and high-accuracy true temperature compensation for low-level conductivity measurement. It supports wall, pipe and panel mounting with IP65 / NEMA4X enclosure. Equipped with backlit LCD display, 5 tactile membrane keys, multi-language menu and 5-digit security code protection. It provides analog outputs and relay alarm outputs, optional Profibus DP communication. Rugged and reliable for industrial water treatment, widely used for water quality monitoring and closed-loop control in pharmaceutical, power and chemical pure water loops.

3. Product Application

It performs continuous online water quality monitoring and automatic process control for industrial water systems, measuring conductivity, resistivity and total dissolved solids (TDS). Typical applications: power plant boiler feed water, condensate and ultra-pure water systems; pharmaceutical purified water and WFI; chemical ion exchange / mixed bed; food & beverage, pulp & paper, wastewater treatment. The analyzer reads conductivity signals and drives valves or regeneration pumps via PID control. Relay outputs trigger high/low alarms for water quality deviation and ion exchange resin regeneration control. It ensures pure water quality and meets USP645 pharmaceutical water and power plant water monitoring requirements.
