Product Description

ABB CP800A is a communication processor module for ABB Symphony Plus HPC800 controller, equipped with conformal coating. It provides PN800 plant network communication function. As high-speed communication interface for HPC800 main controller, it handles process data exchange, event message transmission and system synchronization between controller, 800xA supervisory system, operator stations and other control nodes. Slot-mounted modular design, supports redundant configuration, built-in hardware self-diagnosis and fault alarm, hot-swappable for online maintenance. It is critical communication spare part of Symphony Plus DCS for large process industries such as power plants and chemical plants.
