Product Description

ABB CPM810 is an 800 Series Turbine Common Processor Module. It serves as the core processing unit for VP800 valve positioner, AS800 and TP800 turbine control subsystems. It works together with TBU810 terminal base and VPM810 valve position module. The module executes valve positioning algorithms, speed regulation, load control and other turbine control logic. It communicates with the upper master controller via PROFIBUS DP bus, collects valve position feedback and sends regulation commands. It features low-latency calculation, self-diagnosis and hot standby redundancy. It is an essential spare part for DEH turbine electro-hydraulic control systems and widely used for turbine control retrofits and spare replacement in power plants.
