ABB EL3000 (EasyLine) Continuous Online Gas Analyzer
I. Product Overview
EL3000 is an industrial online continuous gas analyzer from ABB’s EasyLine series. It is the main model for CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System) smoke emission monitoring and process gas analysis. It consists of two major hardware enclosures:
EL3020: 19-inch standard rack-mounted installation (internal installation in the cabinet), protection IP20 / emission monitoring version IP40, height 3U
EL3040: Wall-mounted box, protection IP65 with blow-off function, suitable for on-site local installation in dusty / humid environments
Power Supply: 100–240VAC wide-range AC power supply, compatible with global power grids
Each cabinet can accommodate up to 2 analysis modules, and can simultaneously measure up to 5 gas components continuously

Analog Output: Multiple 4–20mA isolated analog outputs, connected to the DCS/SIS system for real-time transmission of gas concentration

Environmental Compliance: Optional QAL3 internal data recording function, meeting EN14181 European emission quality control standards, suitable for power plants, waste incineration, and cement CEMS environmental acceptance
Automatic Calibration: Can automatically control the sampling pump and solenoid valve to complete zero point / range calibration, reducing the need for manual monitoring
Explosion-proof Version: Provides II3G explosion-proof certification, suitable for installation in hazardous areas with combustible gases
ABB Ability Cloud Operations: Supports remote status monitoring, fault warning, and cloud data analysis (Genix platform)
