Product Description
G771K227A is a pulse amplifier & driver board for ABB legacy thyristor DC drives, a spare part for old-generation DC speed converters, widely used in early DCS series DC cabinets. This board receives weak trigger signals from the main control board, amplifies the signals and outputs driving pulses for thyristors. It also integrates pulse monitoring and fault feedback circuits to realize synchronous trigger control for the armature thyristor bridge. It is obsolete from ABB production. Available supplies are new old stock or tested used units, commonly used for maintenance replacement of old DC drive systems in steel and paper mills.
