ABB LTC745A101 (Order No. 3BHE039905R0101) is a Power Master Board for ABB excitation systems, the core circuit board for synchronous generator excitation regulators, widely deployed in Unitrol excitation cabinets. This part is discontinued by original manufacturer and only supplied as spare replacement for existing power plant units, not recommended for new projects.
The board integrates power drive, voltage sampling, logic protection and pulse output circuits. It executes power control for excitation bridge, real‑time voltage regulation, fault monitoring and crowbar overvoltage protection trigger. It features strong EMC immunity and stable long‑term performance, acting as a critical spare part of generator excitation control system.
