Product Description

P8461 is a 32-channel digital output module of S800 I/O series for ABB System 800xA DCS system, which is the matching I/O unit for AC800M control system. The module provides 32 channels of 24V DC transistor digital outputs, divided into 4 isolated groups with short-circuit and overload protection for each group. It adopts module-level galvanic isolation and built-in status LEDs to feedback channel output and fault status in real time. It supports standard DIN rail mounting and communicates with the controller via I/O bus. It outputs digital on/off signals to drive field actuators such as relays, solenoid valves and indicator lights, serving as a common spare part for process industry DCS control systems.
