Core Functions
Multi-channel Isolated Voltage Stabilized Power Supply
Convert the AC/DC input voltage inside the cabinet into multiple isolated DC voltage stabilized power supplies, providing stable working power for the main control board, measurement acquisition board, pulse trigger board, communication interface board, IO terminal board, synchronous sampling board, etc., all control-type cards. The strong and weak electrical signals are isolated, suppressing grid surges and electromagnetic interference.
Auxiliary Power Supply for Excitation Circuit
Provide control power for the residual voltage excitation circuit of the generator, excitation contactor, excitation circuit detection, fan status monitoring circuit.
Overvoltage / Overcurrent / Short Circuit Protection
Built-in fuse, soft start, overcurrent latch protection. When any one of the loads is short-circuited, the output is automatically locked to prevent the spread of faults and burnout of the entire excitation control unit, and simultaneously report system fault alarms.
