Hardware Split Structure
The entire machine is divided into two parts: the cabinet door HMI operation panel and the rear host base. They can be installed separately:
Front operation panel
Color LCD display, one-time main wiring diagram display, multi-language Chinese interface;
Local closing and opening toggle buttons, red and green opening and closing keys, navigation function keys;
Status lights: Ready, fault, alarm, interlock, M1/M2/M3 protection action indicator lights;
Infrared IrDA debugging port, local offline programming of set values for the host base.
Host base (1VCF750090R0802 body)
Built-in dual independent DSP: one for protection calculation, one for measurement and control logic;
Integrated power supply, CT/PT analog acquisition circuit, DI/DO switch quantity, communication bus;
Backward DB9 serial port, RJ45 network port, CAN bus, 24V power supply terminal block.
Complete Protection Functions (Standard for feeder, can be authorized for expansion)
1. Basic feeder current protection
Three-stage overcurrent (instantaneous / time-limited / reverse-time 50/51), two-stage directional overcurrent 67;
Two-stage zero-sequence grounding faults, sensitive zero-sequence grounding, directional grounding protection 67N/67S;
Overload protection, motor locked rotor, start timeout, excitation surge current locking;
2. Voltage / Frequency Protection
