Product Description
ABB RF620 (Part No. 3BHT100011R1) is a 10-slot extension backplane for Advant OCS system, designed for AC110 and AC160 controllers. It works as an I/O subrack base to expand the I/O capacity of the main station. It accommodates different I/O modules and connects to the main backplane via RC610 interface module and TK612 extension cable for power, signal and internal bus transmission. It is a key subrack component for capacity expansion of classic ABB Advant DCS.

Application
Applied in ABB Advant DCS for power, chemical, paper, metallurgy industries. When the I/O points of AC110 / AC160 main rack are insufficient, RF620 is added to provide extra slots for DI/DO/AI/AO modules. It realizes acquisition and output of analog and digital field signals to meet I/O expansion requirements for large process plants.
