Main Functions
Safety Logic Supervision and Calculation
Independently executes safety interlock programs, continuously monitors the main controller program runaway, hardware abnormalities, calculation deviations, once a fault is detected, immediately triggers safety shutdown, enters the preset safety failure state.
Safety Event Traceback
All interlock actions, module faults, safety alarms are uploaded to the 800xA operation station, completely retains event timestamps, facilitating accident review.
Engineering Configuration Constraints
Safety programs can only use function blocks FBD, structured text ST programming; SIL3 projects must use ABB certified safety function libraries, follow dedicated programming specifications.
System Integration
