ABB TMD-T4 (TMD-T4/96) is a multi-channel temperature monitoring & control unit dedicated for power transformers, 96×96mm panel mount digital temperature controller. It supports 4-channel PT100 RTD temperature measurement for real-time monitoring of transformer winding, oil temperature and cabinet internal temperature. It provides two-stage threshold relays: ALARM and TRIP, with FAN control output for cooling fans. Built-in self-diagnosis FAULT detection for open/short circuit of sensors. Modbus RTU over RS485 enables temperature data uploading to SCADA system. Front panel digital display shows real-time temperature and max temperature memory; parameters configurable via front keypad. Widely fitted in MV/LV transformer cubicles for overheat pre-warning, trip protection and automatic cooling fan control.
