ABB TSA101 is a replaceable measuring inset of SensyTemp temperature series, designed for ABB TSP100 / TSP300 temperature sensor thermowells. It supports hot-swap replacement without process shutdown. Available with PT100 RTD or thermocouple sensing elements. It adopts mineral-insulated flexible cable with sheath in 316Ti stainless steel or Inconel alloy, featuring high vibration resistance and fast response. Certified with ATEX, IECEx, NEPSI and other explosion-proof approvals for Zone0/1/2 gas and dust hazardous areas. Modular construction fits standard industrial thermowells. Widely used for process temperature measurement on pipes, vessels and reactors, serving as critical spare part for oil & gas, petrochemical and power industries.
