Seven. Key Maintenance Precautions
Do not plug or unplug while powered on: Directly connect the board to the PT voltage circuit, hot plugging is very likely to cause voltage short circuit, excitation system out of control and shutdown; Before replacement, the secondary small switch of the excitation cabinet must be disconnected
Cannot be mixed with REF542plus (1VCF750090 series), SUE3000 transmission controller, the bus, power supply, interface are completely incompatible
The secondary circuit of PT/CT must not be open-circuited, although this board has a break warning, long-term open-circuit will burn out the channel sampling resistor
For replacement in the same cabinet, it is recommended to use the same R0001 version; Using R0002 to replace does not require modifying the excitation program, just power on and it can run
After replacement, perform no-load voltage regulation, short-circuit test to verify sampling accuracy, confirm that reactive power regulation has no deviation
