Product Description
CAN232.1 is a VME bus CAN communication interface board for ALSTOM (former Converteam) turbine control system, belonging to the 232 series industrial control communication modules. This module performs protocol conversion between CAN fieldbus and controller internal bus, realizing high-speed bidirectional data exchange between main control unit and field I/O modules. The board integrates opto-electrical isolation protection, communication fault diagnosis and status LED indicators. It supports hot swap and features strong EMC anti-interference performance. It serves as core communication spare part for gas turbine and steam turbine control systems.

Product Application
It is mainly used in ALSTOM gas turbine and steam turbine control systems; CAN bus data communication between main controller and remote I/O in combined cycle power plants and thermal power stations; signal transmission for rotating machinery and generator set control systems. It is also used for retrofitting legacy industrial power control systems and replacement of faulty communication boards.
