I. Product Brief Description
The Alstom (formerly Alstom Energy Business, now belonging to GE Grid Solutions) boiler combustion safety flame detection main control unit is used in conjunction with the DFI-150-0003 flame probe; it is a dedicated flame signal conditioning, logic judgment, and safety interlock module for thermal power boilers and gas burners. It collects ultraviolet / infrared / ion current flame signals, and can promptly determine the presence of flame and the stability of the combustion condition. In case of flameout, it quickly triggers the fuel cut-off and furnace cleaning safety protection circuits. The panel is equipped with buttons and status indicator lights. It is installed on a DIN rail cabinet. It is a core safety spare part of the thermal power plant boiler furnace safety monitoring system (FSSS).
