DeltaV VE5009 (KJ2003X1-BB1) DCS Controller (Part No. KJ2003X1-BB1) is a high-performance DCS controller of Emerson DeltaV MD-PLUS series, serving as the core computing unit of the DeltaV control system. Equipped with a 32-bit RISC processor, its computing performance is over 400% faster than M5 Plus. It supports 1:1 redundant hot standby with bumpless switchover during faults and hot-swap for online maintenance. It executes continuous regulation, logic interlock and batch process calculation, handles data exchange between I/O cards and HMI supervisory system to guarantee stable operation of industrial plants. It integrates full-duplex Ethernet with throughput up to 100MB/s, managing I/O channels, timestamps, alarms and trend data.
