It supports up to 12 RTD inputs for temperature measurement of motor windings, bearings, load bearings and auxiliary points. It transfers temperature data to EMR/ETR protection relays via isolated fiber link, and also provides RS485 Modbus RTU for standalone network communication. Remote mounting is available with maximum fiber length up to 122 meters. It supports wire break diagnosis and configurable RTD types, widely used as critical spare part for motor and transformer thermal protection.

Application

It works with Eaton EMR and ETR motor protection relays for winding and bearing temperature monitoring of high-voltage motors, generators, transformers, large fans and pumps. It collects RTD temperature signals to trigger thermal warning and over-temperature trip protection. It can be mounted close to field equipment and communicate with protection relays over fiber to minimize noise from long RTD cables. Applied for overhaul, spare replacement and system expansion of heavy-duty motor protection systems in power, metallurgy and petrochemical plants.
